EZLink is a database
driven software that works on the Internet or Intranet.
It easily links all your business information; from
customer to supplier, orders to invoices, as well as
internal e-mail systems to product sell systems. In
addition you can search for any information on the database.

EZLink has total five site. They are:
Public site -- General information of your company
Customer site -- Your customer private site.
Technician site -- All your technician of employee private
site.
Supplier site -- All your vender site.
Admin site -- Control all site and information.
EZLink has total ten module. They are:
Service order module: Here we receive customer
service orders, from either the customer site or the
admin site. This means that a customer can order a service
call by themselves or call to have an office clerk order
a service for them, on the admin site.
Assignment module: This module is used after
the service call has been reported, you can display
it in both the admin site and the customer site. The
manager can then assign a task to any technician, after
the service call is assigned to a technician, customer’s
can view the status of their service call.
Customer module: Here information of all customers
is stored in a database, you can use the search engine
to look up any customers. After finding the customer
you can do the following:
-Access to this customer site
-Make a service call for this customer
-List all service call of this customer
-Quote for this customer
Quote Module: Here is a series of functions containing
three sites; customer to admin, admin to supplier, supplier
back to admin, and admin back to customer. This uses
two quote types: One is called a project quote, this
quote is a description of a project that admin can send
directly to the customer. The second is when a customer
request’s a part price, or a service price, this quote
is therefore sent to admin. Once received admin sends
this request to one or more suppliers to check and compare
prices. After receiving the information from the suppliers,
admin can mark up the price and send it back to the
customer.
Report Module: This module is for technicians
to report all jobs that have been completed by them,
via any Internet connection. Here the job description,
materials used, hours spent on site, and travel are
all nicely laid out, so the technician can easily report
all information. Admin can browse all reports on the
admin site.
Invoicing Module: The invoicing module is based
on the technicians’ reports. Any reports needing adjustment,
can be changed, then it’s automatically made into an
invoice. Once checked by the manager and Okayed this
invoice can be made available to the customer on his
site. Meanwhile the customer will also receive an email
informing him that he has been billed for the service
call.
Technician Module: Here the technician can view
all tasks assigned to him, and report any that where
unreported. The technicians site can also link all reports
that have been sent in by other technicians regarding
the same service call. You can also view a summary of
jobs, hours, and travel time at any period of time.
Schedule Table: Displayed here is a calendar-based
table, which displays all technician jobs within one
week. Secondly we have the maintenance schedule, for
jobs that need to be scheduled annually or monthly.
Supplier Module: Here the supplier can; register
their company, receive quotations from customers or
admin, or answer any questions coming from customer’s
regarding their products and receive order’s from the
admin site.
Products Module: You don’t need to be a registered
customer to use this module. Suppliers can look up product
information, or update any information. Or if you are
an unregistered customer you can search for any products
that you need. But if you are a registered customer,
you can search, browse or purchase any products. If
you want to order s product online, admin can view all
orders from customers and quickly process them. |

help prevention of cooling and heating equipment failure
and disruption of service.
Our products is based on standard communications protocols
and intergrate 3rd party devices to monitor any customer's
requirements, it keeps user informed or alerted anytime
and from anywhere by computer, PDA, cell phone.
Our goal is develop such components more easy to install
and operate, and gives more flexibility to design a
